Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant acidic odor, possibly from cleaning products, which wasn't exactly inviting. A significant hairball on the carpet raised questions about the cleanliness standards, while the pool area suffered from lack of supervision, resulting in a rowdy atmosphere due to a teen sports team. The pool equipment was neglected, with a broken safety floater and towels scattered on the floor. During my stay, the housekeeping also missed cleaning duties entirely on the second day, leaving us without clean towels or toiletries.
